At Schaham, we are committed to accurate, reliable delivery suited to the individual nature of each arrangement.
All orders are handmade after full payment is received, and follow set schedules.

Delivery times

All arrangements are made to order only.

Hanukkah gift boxes

These gift boxes were created especially for Hanukkah and will be available for delivery from mid-November.

Sets
Preparation and delivery within up to 7 business days

Bespoke arrangement
Delivery within up to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and the choice of materials

Counting the days

The count starts on the day after the order is placed and does not include Israeli holidays.

Friday, Saturday and the preservation process

Our preparation and delivery time is up to 7 business days, not including Friday and Saturday.

Good to know: some arrangements include flowers that go through a special preservation process. The process itself takes about a week, so orders received on Friday or Saturday enter the preservation process on Sunday.

For this reason, orders placed on Friday or Saturday are usually delivered on the Sunday after the preservation week. There are no deliveries on Friday or Saturday.

If you need a specific date, you can always contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help, as long as the quality of the arrangement can be maintained.

Choosing a delivery date

If you would like a delivery date earlier than the required business-day range, and it matters that the product arrives on a specific date, please contact us and get approval before placing your order.

Without prior approval, Schaham is not responsible for meeting the requested date, and delivery will follow the delivery times stated in this policy.

Delivery areas

Service areas
Deliveries are available from Netanya to Ashdod, including Jerusalem.

At this stage, we do not deliver to small outlying communities or exceptional delivery zones.

If your address is outside the service area, you can contact us before ordering and we will check for an alternative.

Delivery options

• Courier delivery at ₪19.90 per order
• Free delivery on orders over ₪500

Customer responsibility when choosing delivery

The customer is responsible for choosing the right delivery option and address when placing the order.

If an incorrect choice is made, we will contact you to correct it before we start processing the order.

If an additional payment is required and the customer does not approve it, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery delays

If a delivery is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to update you and offer a suitable solution.

Any compensation, if given, is at the sole discretion of Schaham and is not given automatically.
